Spotify launches "Spotify HiFi" - helping you listen to your favorite songs the way artists intended

The swedish audio streaming and media services provider, Spotify on 22nd/February launched a new awesome feature to its 144 million premium subscribers worldwide, the Spotify HiFi.
Premium subscribers in select markets will be able to upgrade their sound quality to Spotify HiFi and listen to their favorite songs the way artists intended, comparing it to CD-quality sound.
Spotify promised to stream content to smartphones and connected speakers in CD quality, with a wider dynamic frequency range (higher highs, lower lows) as well as more definition, sound placement, and clarity. The format is “lossless,” meaning that the music is not compressed but sounds exactly the way it does after mixing and mastering.
Spotify is working with some of the world’s biggest speaker manufacturers to make Spotify HiFi accessible to as many fans as possible through Spotify Connect as it has been the most requested new feature.
Spotify HiFi will begin rolling out in select markets later this year, and more details will be shared by the company in due course.
